HomeCooked™ TERMS OF USE
At HomeCooked™ and HomeCooked.net our goal is to
provide you with a great experience. We ask that you abide by the terms and
conditions that follow. Please read them carefully, because your use of our
in-store services and website constitutes your agreement with these terms.
Menu Changes: If you would like to change your menu choices, you can do so
until three days (72 hours) before your session by contacting the store via
phone.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session date or time, you can do
so up to 72 hours before your session.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your session
reservation, we require at
least 3 days (72 hours) notification before your scheduled session. In the event
you cancel less than three days before your session, we will refund your money
in the same form as your original payment minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you
would prefer that we assemble your meals for you for pickup, we can arrange that for an
additional fee of $3 dollars per meal. To cancel a session, please contact
the store by telephone.
Returns: Per health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any food
products.
Additional Helpers During Sessions: If you intend to bring someone to
help you assemble your meals, please inform HomeCooked prior to your session.
Minimum Age: The minimum age to attend any sessions is 12, unless the session
is a "parent/child" session.
Illness: For the safety of our customers, we ask that you not attend your session if you have or have been exposed to
any communicable diseases including cold or flu, etc. However, we will be happy
to assemble your items for pickup for an additional charge or reschedule your
session reservation.
Pick Up: If you do not pick up your order on your scheduled pick up
day, your meals will be placed in the freezer in order to preserve freshness.
Food Transportation and Storage: We cannot control what happens to your menu
items once you leave the premises. Therefore, we recommend you:

Bring an insulated cooler to transport your dishes home, especially if you
drive more than 10 minutes

Freeze your dishes immediately upon arriving home (or refrigerate/cook any dish
you plan to serve within 24 hours of your session)

Thaw in the refrigerator when dishes need to be thawed prior to cooking

Cook all dishes according to the directions provided

Eat all dishes within 60 days of dishing for maximum taste and quality
Customers of HomeCooked must agree to release HomeCooked, its owners,
investors, and employees from all claims, damages and causes of action or
liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and
consumption of HomeCooked™ dinners, except if solely due to the gross negligence
of HomeCooked.
Pricing: Prices are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only
in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Substitutions: HomeCooked™ reserves the right to substitute any or all parts
of a menu selection. Customer may choose another dish to prepare if substitution
is deemed unacceptable. Customers must follow all rules of conduct related to
the use of the HomeCooked kitchen, and understand that they may be asked to
leave without right to refund if they violate any of the above listed rules or
deliberately fail to follow the instructions of the HomeCooked staff, or behave
in an unsafe manner.
HomeCooked™ reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time
to time. When we make changes, we will post them in-store and on HomeCooked.net,
so please check them from time to time, because your use of our services and
website following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those
modifications. |
