Thaw prior to cooking for best results. Start rice prior to chicken/shrimp.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and empty contents of the butter herb mix into skillet. Sauté until herbs are slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp or chicken (it has flour sprinkled on it), stirring constantly until shrimp are pink and cooked through (5-6 mins and 145F) and the chicken is browned and cooked thoroughly (5-6 mins or until an internal temperature of 165F).
Pour in beer, simmer 1-2 more mins and serve over brown rice (provided).
Rice– Bring water to a boil– for full size (4-6) add 3 cups of water: half (2-3) add 1.5 cups. Add rice, cover and simmer 20-25 mins until tender. Add butter, salt, pepper as desired.
